These terms cover use of the LedGengar's Ghosty Games break queue (the "queue"). Logging in or using the queue means agreeing to them.
What the queue is
The queue is a viewing tool that shows the status of live-break orders during streams. It isn't the store. Purchases, payment, shipping, and refunds are covered by the policies on ledgengargames.com, including the refund policy and shipping policy.
Queue order and timing
- Positions, statuses, and times are a best view of things, not a guarantee of when an order will be opened.
- The queue closes at 9 pm Pacific Time each night. It can be opened, closed, held, or reordered at any time.
- Orders may be put on hold when a buyer isn't around, and may wait for a later stream.
- Orders added by mistake or that can't be fulfilled may be removed from the queue. Removing an entry doesn't change the order in the store.
- Finished orders are cleared from the queue automatically after 5 weeks.
- If something looks wrong with an order, contact us and it will be sorted out.
Twitch accounts and guests
People log in with a Twitch account, or continue as a guest by typing a username. Twitch logins follow Twitch's rules. Guests only see the queue and can't use mod or streamer controls. Don't share a Twitch login or use someone else's. Mod, streamer, and developer controls are for authorized people, and access can be removed at any time.
Chat messages
A bot may mention a buyer's Twitch username in chat when their order is next or starting. This can be turned off at any time.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the queue's security, or use it to harass anyone. Access may be blocked for misuse. Security problems can be reported to the contact address below.
Ownership
The queue's design, code, text, and logo belong to LedGengar's Ghosty Games. Don't copy, reuse, or redistribute them without permission.
Independent tool
The queue is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch, YouTube, Shopify, Google, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any other game or card publisher. Pokémon and all other game, card, and character names and images are trademarks or property of their respective owners.
No warranty
The queue is provided "as is" and "as available." It may have errors, delays, or downtime. To the extent the law allows, there's no responsibility for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the queue.
Changes
These terms or the queue may be updated, and the date above will change. Continuing to use the queue means accepting the updated terms.
